FlowDay AI is an AI-powered website and mobile application builder that allows users to create, customize, and deploy digital products using artificial intelligence.

The features available to you depend on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password secure and confidential • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

Subscription fees: • Are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy below • Will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period • May be changed with 30 days notice

If your payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until payment is received. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.

Taxes: You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes. If we are required to collect taxes, they will be added to your invoice.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Refund eligibility: • Available for first-time subscribers only • Must be requested within 14 days of initial payment • Applies to the most recent charge only • Not available for renewals or upgrades

To request a refund: 1. Email us at support@flowdayai.com 2. Include your account email and reason for cancellation 3. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Non-refundable items: • Credits or generations already used • Enterprise custom development work • Domain registration fees (handled by third parties) • Any fees charged by payment processors

After the 14-day period, you may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refund will be provided. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Upon cancellation: • You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period • Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan • Your projects and data will be preserved (subject to Free plan limits) • No partial refunds will be provided for unused time

For annual subscriptions, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current annual term. We do not provide prorated refunds for annual plans unless required by law.

To cancel: 1. Go to Account Settings → Billing 2. Click "Cancel Subscription" 3. Confirm your cancellation

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others • Create, distribute, or promote harmful or illegal content • Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or threatening • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with or disrupt the Service • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization • Create content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred • Impersonate any person or entity

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice or refund.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create using our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by FlowDay AI and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Generated Code: Code generated by our AI belongs to you. You may use, modify, and distribute it freely, including for commercial purposes. However, templates and components provided by FlowDay AI may have separate licensing terms.

Third-Party Content: Some content may be subject to third-party licenses. You are responsible for complying with any applicable third-party terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • The results obtained will be accurate or reliable • Any errors will be corrected • The Service will meet your specific requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWDAY AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
